Horror on the Orient Express: The Board Game is a cooperative crisis management board game for 1–4 players, designed by Adam Kwapiński and Michał Gołąb Gołębiowski. The game is set aboard the iconic Orient Express in the 1920s. Players take on the roles of investigators trying to survive a doomed journey through the Dreamlands while managing multiple escalating threats, including monster attacks, a blood-thirsty vampire, and hidden cultists among the passengers.

To win, players must balance limited resources, protect the train and its passengers, uncover clues, and identify cultists before they complete a dark ritual—all while ensuring the train reaches its final destination. Each playable character offers unique abilities and can develop skills, collect items, interact with passengers, and influence the outcome of the journey.

Features:
Cooperative crisis management gameplay: Manage escalating threats and protect the train in a tense co-op experience.
Asymmetric characters & replayability: Unique abilities, skill progression, and variable setup options.
Premium 3D components: The box contains 3D components inside, including a fully playable seven-car train, monster minis, individual character minis, coffins, custom dice and more.
Investigation & hidden enemies: Uncover clues, identify cultists, and stop a dark ritual in time.

Horror on the Orient Express: The Board Game – Investigators Unveiled Expansion expands character flexibility and gameplay variability by allowing every character from the base game to be used either as a playable Investigator or a Suspect. This dynamic role-switching mechanic not only enriches the narrative but also significantly enhances replayability, allowing each game to present a fresh and unpredictable scenario. The box also includes a mini-expansion with the Cat of Ulthar and the Cat of Saturn.
