Start Time indicates the beginning of Build Time. Players can join late.
Format: The format for this event is Sealed, Limited. You will receive a prerelease pack, which contains new cards for you to play. You can bring your own Land cards, or borrow some from the store. For more information on the what is inside a prerelease pack, see below.
This is a open-play free style event. Prefect for those who are wanting to learn how to play Magic the Gathering.
Ticket Price: $60
Includes: Each players receives a prerelease kit containing:
- 6 Magic: The Gathering — Final Fantasy Play Boosters
- 1 foil, year-stamped Rare or Mythic Rare
- 1 deck box
- 1 Spindown die
- Each Play Booster contains:
- 14 Magic: The Gathering cards
- 1-4 cards of rarity Rare of higher
- 3-6 Uncommon cards
- 6-9 Common cards
- 1 Land card (Traditional Foil Land replaces a Land in 20% of boosters)
- 1 card of any rarity is Traditional Foil; Foil Borderless Mythic Rare in 1% of boosters
Prizes: Each participating player receives two Final Fantasy** Play Boosters as prizes. Additional MTG Booster packs awarded to top finishers. Promo cards and other Magic related goodies* will also be awarded throughout the event.

Need to Bring: Each player will need to register in the Wizards Eventlink. Your Eventlink ID could be your Magic Companion ID or Arena ID. If you do not have either of these, our Wizardlings can help you get set up an account and enrolled in the event. Or you can register online here.

**Due to the limited and variable nature of product, prizes may not be available in the form of Final Fantasy Play Booster Packs. Should stock levels be insufficient, alternate MTG boosters can be awarded.
